As an Advertiser on Target-Ads Depot, you expressly agree to receive commercial emails from admin and our members. You further expressly agree that you joined Target-Ads Depot voluntarily and you have confirmed this agreement by validating your account to active status by clicking the validation link in the email we sent to the email address you entered when you signed up.


No Spam Zero Tolerance...

You also expressly agree not to send spam email. Spam is defined as sending unsolicited commercial email to people who have not requested it. We do not tolerate spam on our network and if you do it, you risk losing your account, your ads and any commissions due, without refund.

General terms...


You are paying to advertise your site on our network, and as such, their are no refunds. While we help you promote your affiliate site, your offers and help you build your customer base and help you earn commissions by signing up new advertisers, we do not guarantee success in any of these areas.

We cannot and do not guarantee results from your advertising membership at TAD. No one can guarantee results. If they could, we'd all be rich:)


No Refund Policy...

You are purchasing your yearly or lifetime advertising without guarantee of any kind, and as such no refunds will be issued at any time. Your sponsor is paid a commission on your order as soon as your pament clears and it is unreasonable to expect them to refund their commission payment.
